We typically process orders within 1–4 business days. During busy seasons (like the holidays), it may take 5–7 business days.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which usually delivers within 1–3 business days after your order leaves our hands. Delivery time depends on your distance from us.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. since we use USPS exclusively. We're hoping to expand in the future!

Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow its journey
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your package leaves our hands, USPS is responsible for delivery. If it’s delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting USPS directly. Still stuck? Reach out to us—we're happy to look into it and help however we can.
What should I do if my shipping address was entered incorrectly?
Please contact us ASAP! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually fix it. Once it's in transit, we won’t be able to change the address.
